LambdaCAD Ltd ("LambdaCAD", "we", "us") respects your privacy.

When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation and the contents of your message.

We use this information to receive, consider and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to communicate with you about a resulting business relationship. We do not use information submitted through this form for newsletters, advertising or unsolicited marketing.

Our lawful basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries and conducting business with people who choose to contact us. We consider this processing to be proportionate and reasonably expected by people who voluntarily submit an enquiry to us.

Our website uses Formspark to collect and store contact-form submissions. Formspark acts as our data processor and processes the information on our behalf. Formspark's current GDPR information and list of subprocessors are available on its website.

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter where we have a continuing legitimate business or legal reason to retain them. Formspark submissions are retained until we delete them, subject to Formspark's own retention practices.

You have rights under UK data-protection law, including rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and in certain circumstances to restrict or object to its processing.
